We always have a stock of CNC routers available for you. Heavy-weight, extremely powerful, and versatile, the possibilities are endless with our routers. These routers do not lose their market value, and even after many years of use, we can still trade or sell the unit for you.

SOFTWARE TRAINING: FGP is the ONLY company that includes FREE installation and training for all its customers. This training includes machine operation and basic CAD/CAM programming. At the end of the training, any operator can design a job, create machine code and run their CNC!

Software

Vacuum Hold Down Pumps

Unlike other CNC routers that would require huge, noisy and expansive vacuum pumps our clients can use small single phase or even 120V hold down pumps. This is due to our plumbing and zoning of the machine.

Economy option / Might require clamp assist on small parts (German made Fein pump)

This pump cost less than $700 and powerful for most applications that use large material surface. On smaller parts operator might need clamp assist.

Industrial Hold Down Vacuum Pump (USA made Hurricane pump)

This industrial-grade single-phase 220v vacuum pump is ideal for mid to large CNC table sizes from 5’x 5′ up to 5’x 8′ (or 25 ft² to 40 ft²). The integrated filtered air cooling and relief valve systems keep your Hurricane running cooler while the sound dampening base keeps the unit running quieter than other comparable systems.
